In the final year held in Madison, Wisconsin, Finding the Fittest consisted of four 2-hour live shows on ESPN recapping the 2023 CrossFit Games and leading to a live final event each night for the individual competitors. This show was staffed with over 30 crew members, sported 5 of the best analysts in the CrossFit space, and required the coordination and collaboration of the other 2 production teams on-site.

As the Coordinating Producer, leading into event, I assisted in crewing and lead content creation for any features/assets needed on-site. I had regular meeting with CrossFit to make sure their vision would be met on-site. While in Madison, I lead daily content meetings, worked primarily with talent and the client to ensure the right storytelling, and signed off on all formats and edits for each show.

Within 6 weeks after the event, we converted the 4 shows from a two-hour format into a 1-hour format. I led a team of 2 editors and coordinated with contractors, talent, CrossFit and ESPN for final delivery.
