Hosted by Sean Woodland, Tommy Marquez and Lauren Kalil, Talking Elite Fitness is one of the premier media and news sources in the CrossFit space.

During the 2023 CrossFit Games season, I took over production of their studio content and their social channels to help boost their engagement, grow their subscriber base, and ultimately reach their goal of during a live studio show each week. In this time, I doubled their Instagram following from 24k to 51k.

Additionally, I set them up with an infrastructure to go live every week, added 2 more studio shows to their roster: Death By, a weekly debate show with rotating guests, and The Time Cap, a 60 second Instagram week-in-review news show. In addition to CrossFit, I helped them increase their media coverage to include the NFL Combine, Strongman, and Arm Wrestling.
